What is your return policy?
We operates a returns policy in accordance with the UK Distance Selling Regulations allowing you to return any item within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order. Items can be exchanged or refunded provided they are unopened in the original packaging and in resaleable condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for any fresh vegetables, chilled or frozen items。
*Please note that if you return any item due to a change of mind or wrongly order, you are liable for any return postage costs and postage costs for exchange of item.
Refunds will be issued to the card that was used to pay for the origirinal order within 7 working days.
Return must be accompanied by a copy of the delivery note or receipt.

Do you offer collection service for parcels and summer storage?
Yes, we do generally offer a free collection service for parcels and summer storages. Please note collection is from the front door of your accomodation, not your room.
